At our Body Waxing Salon, we thrive on providing each and every client with the best possible quality of service & attention to detail. That is why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their Smooth Wax Bar experience. They’re not rules per say, however we work on a commission basis and these guidelines assist in keeping the salon and our client's schedule on track.

What You Need to Know
We know that life sometimes gets in the way. That’s why we try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling appointments. If you cancel more than 24 hours before your set appointment, we’ll do our best to set up a better slot for you, no questions asked. If you cancel with less than 24 hours to go, we will have to charge for your technician's missed portion of the service, which is a prorated amount.
RUNNING LATE?

Smooth Wax Bar is a very popular Salon. This means we’re usually booked to capacity. If you show up late to your appointment (without letting us know), we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to give you the complete allotted time since we don’t want to keep any of our other clients waiting unnecessarily.
